Orders and Shipping
When will my order ship
Orders ship within two business days from our New Jersey facility. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.
What shipping options do you offer
Standard shipping takes three to five business days for domestic orders. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
How much is shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight destination and service level. Orders over $30.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally
Yes. Transit times and rates vary by destination. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order
We process orders quickly. If you need an edit or a cancellation contact us within one hour of placing the order and we will do our best to help.
My package shows delivered but I cannot find it
Please verify the shipping address check nearby locations and ask household members or neighbors. If it does not turn up within one business day email support and we will assist with a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy
Unused and unopened products can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
How do I start a return
Email support@centralsoapworks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a prepaid label if your order qualifies.
What if my item arrives damaged
Document the issue and contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
Product and Ingredients
Are your soaps vegan
Yes. Every bar is made with plant based ingredients including coconut oil propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin.
Are your soaps sulfate free dye free and cruelty free
Yes. Our formulas are free of sulfates and synthetic dyes and we do not test on animals.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin
Our vegan glycerin base is gentle and hydrating. If you have very sensitive skin or known allergies review the ingredient list and patch test on a small area before regular use.
Do you use fragrance or essential oils
We offer both scented and unscented bars. Scented bars use skin safe fragrances essential oils or a blend. Check each product page for specifics.
Where are your soaps made
All soaps are hand poured in small batches in the United States.
What is the shelf life
For best results use within twelve months of purchase. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do the bars contain palm oil
No. Our base uses coconut oil propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin.
Use and Care
How do I make a bar last longer
Keep the bar dry between uses by storing it on a ventilated soap dish. Avoid leaving the bar in standing water.
Can I use the bar on face body and hands
Yes. The formula is designed for daily cleansing. Rinse well and follow with your preferred moisturizer.
Will the soap remove heavy grease or grime
Yes. The glycerin base is gentle on skin yet effective on tough residues like kitchen grease or grime from outdoor projects.
Gifting and Wholesale
Do you offer gift notes
Yes. Add a note in the cart and we will include a handwritten card without pricing.
Do you sell wholesale
We welcome wholesale inquiries. Please email wholesale@centralsoapworks.com with your store details and estimated monthly volume.
Can you make custom bars for events or corporate gifts
Yes. Minimums and lead times apply. Contact sales@centralsoapworks.com for options and pricing.
Account and Subscriptions
Do I need an account to order
No. Guests can check out. Creating an account lets you view order history and manage addresses.
Do you offer subscriptions
If you see a subscribe option on a product you can set the delivery frequency and manage it from your account. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal.
